Proposed Improvement plan for community 

The Blue Meadow Farms HOA Board would like to access money from our general improvement fund to complete three projects in the community. The board is asking you to vote to access up to $45,000 from our improvement fund of over $85,000. This requires a majority vote of all homeowners in the community.
The projects include:

• Replacing trees at front of development in the center and on both sides of St. Thomas Blvd. with approximately 45 Maple trees and adding a few more trees in the front section ($25,000)
• Replace current children’s wooden swing set with all weather (Vinyl clad wood) play set ($10,000)
• Repair all cracks and dangerous parts of walkway on St. Thomas Blvd.. ($10,000)

The swing set will be an expanded version of what is pictured below. The swings pictured on the monkey bar side will not be installed. Instead another arm will be installed with 2 toddler swings. There will be a 2nd tower pictured below along a slide and  a bridge to the second tower. This is an approximation of what we have planned. You can see more at: https://www.kingswingsets.com/

There are many areas on the walkway on St. Thomas Blvd that are cracked or uneven. We will repair as needed and depending on the situation remove tree roots to prevent future damage.
